How it works
From first call to the last detail
Our planning fee is 15% of your event budget, with a minimum of ₹50,000. Vendors such as venue, food and stage are billed at their own price.

The date, how many guests and your budget. A short call or a WhatsApp message is enough.
We plan and design
We suggest the venue, theme and programme. You pick a design kit, then add or remove pieces.
You approve, we book
We agree the price in writing. We then book venue, food, stage, sound and lights at the vendor's own price.
We run the day
Our team is on site from set-up to clear-up. You pay vendors through us, so there is one bill.

How much does a corporate event cost in Bengaluru?
It depends on guests and venue. Our planning fee is 15% of your event budget, minimum ₹50,000. Design kits start at ₹24,500. Vendor costs such as venue and food are billed at their own price.
How early should we call you?
Four to six weeks before the event is comfortable. Shorter is possible. Design done in 2 to 3 days is a fast-track add-on.
Do you help with venue, food and sound?
Yes. We book them for you at the vendor's own price and you pay through us, so you deal with one team.
What do you design for the event?
Stage backdrop, LED screen video, entry arch, standees, invitations, badges, signs and more. Pick a kit and change it to fit, or tell us what you need.
